Board meetings are generally scheduled the 2nd Monday of the month. Cold-weather or “winter” meetings are held at Village Hall, 7:30pm. Summer meetings will be held at the pool house, in our new meeting room. After Labor Day, meetings will resume at Village Hall unless the weather is warm enough to meet at the pool house. Confirm date, time and place on our website. All Association members are both welcomed and encouraged to attend all Board meetings. We have a new feature on our website: Scenic Ridge Homeowners' forums. We had originally started using Google groups, but due to numerous requests for something on our own website, we created a Scenic Ridge-specific forum that is much easier to use. The Google Groups are still active and we left the link up, but we encourage the use of the Scenic Ridge forums instead.

On the forums, you can post lost and found items, items for sale, general questions and we may post Board Notifications from time to time.

There is a Search the Site page, a Compliance section and a Documents section on the website. The Documents section includes our Declaration, By-Laws, Resolutions, Newsletters, Budget, Questionnaire Answers, Common Area Map, Subdivision Map and the Compliance Memo.

There is a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section on our website. The FAQ includes scans of the official subdivision map on file with Westchester County and a highlighted version of the map indicating the Common Areas. Please see the "FAQ" link in the menu to the left.

We accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa for annual assessment quarterly payments. This is a great deal if you belong to a points program or wish to pay your fees in smaller installments. Please contact us if you'd like to charge your quarterly assessments or submit the credit card authorization form sent with your last bill if you have not already done so. You can download the Credit Card authorization form here if you do not have a copy. You need to send the completed form to: Scenic Ridge Homeowners' Association, One Amber Drive, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520. Any additional fees you wish to charge must be requested in writing and signed by the cardholder.
